Director of the Lister Fertility Clinic, the largest IVF unit in the UK, Abdalla (known universally as ‘Sam’) is a big champion of patients’ rights, and is a committee member of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority. He has designed a specific computer programme which enables his team at the Lister to give patients incredibly accurate statistics on their chances of conception.
